<p>PURPOSE:To surely eliminate bubbles generated at the time of feeding and replenishing a coolant by integrally providing a core metal to the aperture edge part of a bubble bank and a sealing part stuck to a bulkhead edge surface, and providing a coolant pressure-regulating diaphragm, where a injecting aperture is provided, according to a single chamber prepared with partition. CONSTITUTION:A bubble bank 14 to accumulate the bubbles of the coolant is provided at a coupling frame 13, which couples a projector tube 11 to an optical substance while holding liquid-tightness. Further, the bubble bank 14 is partitioned by a bulkhead 15 having a bubble eliminating notch, and the coolant pressure-regulating diaphragm where the core metal is provided at an aperture edge surface 14a of the bubble bank 14 and the sealing part stuck to a bulkhead edge surface 15a is fit to the bubble bank 14, and the injecting aperture, which is connected to a single chamber by means of the partition and injects the coolant, is provided at the diaphragm. Consequently, the coolant can be injected through an injecting hole and the injecting aperture having the same function to the diaphragm. Thus, bubbles guided to the bubble bank 14 moves from the notch of the bulkhead on the injecting aperture side, and the bubble generated in the stage of the filling and replenishing is not accumulated.</p> |
