PURPOSE: To air-tightly seal a container without leaving a gap by partially or completely absorbing the vapour, cloud or froth generated on an upper part of the liquid surface of the contents in vacuum, and protecting a fusion welding point in front of a receptacle or at the upper part of the contents. CONSTITUTION: The liquid filling materials, that is, the contents 5 are charged into a container 7 through an inner passage 3 located on a central part of a filling mandrel 1. The vacuum pressure or reduced pressure is established in an internal air passage 9, the filling mandrel 1 and the inside of the container 7 through a passage 12. The vacuum pressure or reduced pressure is established in an upper space of the liquid surface 33. A dimension of a through opening on a head part or an discharge end of the filling matter introducing portion 35 of the container 7 is reduced by the first fusion welding. As the result of the elastic deformation, the liquid surfaces level reaches the maximum height. Immediately thereafter, an upper jaw member 22 is closed, and the opening 36 is sealed by the second fusion welding. |
