PURPOSE:To tightly seal sample in a vessel by a method wherein a synthetic resin film is supplied to an opening on an upper surface of the vessel, press- fitted along a periphery of the vessel and cut along the periphery. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus consists of a film supply device 10 for supplying a synthetic resin film 2 to an upper opening 1a of a vessel 1 with sample contained and a cutter device 20 for thermally press-fitting this film 2 along a periphery of the vessel 1 and cutting this film 2 along the periphery of the vessel 1. When the vessel 1 reaches a sealing position, the film 2 is supplied to the upper opening 1a by the film supply device 10, and the upper opening 1a is thermally press-fitted by a heat supply smooth surface section 22a of a heat supplier 21 to be tightly sealed while a cutter section 23 cuts the film 2 along the periphery of the vessel 1. |
