PURPOSE:To assure sufficient water absorptive power and to maintain a cold feel effect over a long period of time by forming a water absorptive layer of a synthetic fiber layer and an acrylic polymer to be adhered to the synthetic fiber layer at the time of a polymn. reaction. CONSTITUTION:The water absorptive layer 2, an ointment layer 3 and a release layer 4 are successively superposed on one side face of a base fabric 1 to constitute this paster. The water absorptive layer 2 is formed by depositing a water absorptive polymer at 40g/m<2> ratio onto a non-woven polyester fabric having, for example, 6 denier size, 5mm length and 309/m<2> METSUKE. Water is poured to the paster from the side of the base fabric 1 to impregnate the water in the water absorptive layer 2 in the case of using the paster. The release paper 4 is then removed and the ointment layer 3 is applied onto the affected part. The evaporation heat is deprived of the skin surface of the affected part by the moisture from the water absorptive layer 2. The treatment effect and cold feel effect are thus produced by the ointment layer 3. The synthetic fiber layer of the water absorptive layer 2 is formed of the non-woven fabric. The water absorptive layer 2 and the base fabric 1 can be easily and surely bonded by needle punches; further, the laminated sheet 5 of both 1, 2 is formed to a long-sized shape and the application of the ointment layer 3 onto the sheet 5 and the pasting of the release paper 4 thereto are continuously executed. |
