PURPOSE:To lessen the effect of parallel resonance caused by capacitive composition and parasitic inductance and obtain a stable operation for wide-band signals by connecting resistors in series at least to AC signal bypass capacity out of a capacity for parasitic capacity AC signal bypass between the power source pad of an integrated circuit and grounding as well as parasitic capacity between a power source supply line and grounding. CONSTITUTION:Resistors having resistance values r1, r2, and r3 are added in series: to parasitic capacity C1 between a power source pad and grounding 10 in a semiconductor integrated circuit 4; to AC signal bypass capacity C2; and to parasitic capacity C3 between a power source line and grounding 10 respectively. A resistor consisting of a plane resisting layer which is almost parallel to an electrode face forming capacity is used, for example, as each resistor. |
