发明名称 RARE-EARTH MAGNET POWDER ANNEALING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a highly efficient resin-bonded magnet by a method wherein the mixture of rare-earth magnet powder and high melting point powder is heat-treated at a prescribed temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The powder of CaO, ZrO2, MgO, Al2O3, TiO2, Dy2O3, Nd2O3, La2O3 or BN or W, Mo, Ti and the like is used as high melting point powder. The powder of RE-Fe-B (RE is rare-earth element) material is used as rare-earth magnet powder. After mixed powder has been deaerated completely, it is treated at 500 to 1200 deg.C in an inert gas atmosphere or in a vacuum atmosphere. In the above-mentioned constitution, especially when Dy2O3, La2O3 or Nd2O3 is used, the internal distortion of the magnetic powder which is damaged by pulverization is removed and surface modification makes progress; the Nd-Fe-B powder having markedly improved coercive force iHc can be obtained. This powder is optimum for a bonded magnet.
