PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary incoming from an unspecified person by selecting an opposite side by means of transmitting a dial tone signal on the opposite side, directly calling only a restricted opposite party and rejecting a direct call with respect to an opposite party who is not previously registered. CONSTITUTION:When there is incoming, voice which prompts the input of an opposite reference number from a voice synthesis part 10 through a talking circuit 13 to the opposite side. The dial tone of the number inputted from the opposite side is converted to a number corresponding to dial tone in a dial tone recognition part 14. When the number is compared in a reference number storage part 16 and when the same number exists, the name of a selection opposite destination, which is previously registered, is outputted from a speaker 11, and it is informed to a user from whose call it is. When it is from the opposite party who is not registered, previously stored voice that to input a content to be transmitted is outputted to the opposite side through the talking circuit 13 from the voice synthesis part 10. |
