It is composed of two elements, a punch 1 and a die 2, joined together at their ends by an articulation in the form of a hinge, designed with a pin 3 which can move in an oblong hole 4 thus allowing the two joined elements to open with respect to each other with an angle which can vary from zero to ninety degrees or else to allow these elements to move closer together or further apart, the latter remaining parallel and in register along the axes of their working surfaces. <IMAGE>
