PURPOSE:To continuously produce an FRP panel by spraying a foamable resin into the retaining mold provided on an FRP flat plate and further superposing a separate flat plate on the retaining mold in a reversed state to form and age the foamable resin. CONSTITUTION:At first, one FRP flat plate 2a is received from the FRP flat plates 2, which are fed by a feed conveyor 1, by a receiving conveyor 3 to be sent into a retaining mold set-up conveyor 5 and a retaining mold 4 is set on the flat plate 2a on the conveyor 5. Continuously, the retaining mold 4 is sent to a spray conveyor 7 along with the flat plate 2a and a foamable resin is uniformly sprayed and injected in the retaining mold 4 from above by a foamable resin spray apparatus 6. The upper plate 2b sent to an upper plate feed conveyor 14 is reversed by a reversal device 18 and superposed on the retaining mold 4 in which the foamable resin is injected so as to cover the upper surface thereof and subsequently foamed and aged. Then, the foamed resin is cut by the side trimmers 10 of a cutting conveyor 12. |
