PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin solution providing coated materials having flexibility, chemical resistance, stain resistance, nonadhesion, etc., by blending a solution of a specific non-rigid fluororesin in a polar solvent with a solution of methyl methacrylate resin in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:(A) (i) A monomer (mixture) containing one or more fluorine- containing monomers is copolymerized with (ii) a monomer containing simultaneously a double bond and a peroxy bond in the molecule to give a fluorine- containing elastic copolymer (trunk polymer) having a glass transition temperature <= room temperature. 100 pts.wt. of the truck polymer and (iii) 20-80 pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride are subjected to graft polymerization to give a non-rigid fluororesin, which is dissolved in a polar solvent to give a solution. The solution is blended with (B) a solution of methyl methacrylate resin in an organic solvent to give the aimed resin solution. |
