PURPOSE:To obtain a developer rapidly restoring its resistance by adding an electron donative substance to a compsn. for electrophotography. CONSTITUTION:An electron donative substance is added to a compsn. for electrophotography. An electric charge transferring material used for an org. photosensitive body can be used as the electron donative substance and a high molecular electric charge transferring agent such as polyvinylcarbazole, methylpolysilane or propylpolysilane, a low molecular electric charge transferring agent such as a hydrazone compd., a triphenylmethane compd, a carbazole compd., an oxazole compd., an oxadiazole compd., a benzidine compd., a stilbene compd., a pyrazoline compd. or a triallylamine compd. or a mixture of such agents is used. The dark resistance of the resulting developer is rapidly restored, a memory effect is suppressed and a continuous high-speed process is enabled when the developer is applied to an electrophotographic material. |
