PURPOSE:To cope with the input forms of various slips, etc., by using a control means which controls the production of the record data in response to an input form which is designated by a designating means when a process having the contents corresponding to the word type is executed. CONSTITUTION:Each word and its type of a record to be produced are set and registered into a register memory 1, and an input form designating means 2 previously designates the input form of the word type showing the input of data. Then the contents set at the memory 1 are read out every word in response to a slip production command, etc., and a process having the contents corresponding to the word type is executed for production of the record data. In this case, a control means 3 controls the production of the record data in accordance with the input form designated previously by the means 2 as long as the word type shows the input of data. Thus it is possible to cope with the input forms of various slips without designing a complicated production program of the slips, etc., in a program language. |
