PURPOSE:To eliminate horizontal vibration of screen without losing horizontal pin cushion distortion correction by connecting a voltage limit element between an output terminal and ground of a circuit generating a parabolic modulation signal. CONSTITUTION:A constant voltage diode 1 being a voltage limit element is connected between an output terminal (a) and ground of the circuit generating a parabolic modulation signal for horizontal pin cushion correction. When a voltage of the constant voltage diode 1 is set to a proper value, the limiter effect is acted in a range in excess of the limit voltage to limit the voltage difference of the parabolic modulation signal corresponding to the scanning difference between fields at the pattern start. Thus, the parabolic modulation signal is made constant and regular for each field. Thus, the screen vibration in the horizontal direction is prevented while the horizontal pin cushion distortion is corrected. |
