The object of the present invention is to enable communication to be carried out with free hands and also in a noisy environment. At the same time, the device can be carried inconspicuously. In the solution according to the invention 1. known microphones which are inserted in the ear are used. External noise is thus screened in the ear and the microphone can also be used in a noisy environment; 2. the use of a base station close to the transmitter (e.g. on the body) and a wireless connection are provided.
