<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject device equipped with a plate-like mold having processing blades, an ultrasonic wave generator having an irradiation opening to be brought into contact with a sheet on the mold and a cooling device for cooling the irradiation opening with a cooling air and for adhering the sheet on the mold with the air and having rich durability. CONSTITUTION:When a sheet 50 is processed with ultrasonic waves, the sheet 50 (chemical fiber cloth) is put on a plate-like mold 40 equipped with processing blades 41 having prescribed shapes in a adhered state and subsequently brought into contact with an irradiation opening 71 disposed to an ultrasonic wave generator 70 to cut the sheet wherein the irradiation opening 71 heated on the cutting process is cooled with an air 83 blown out from a cooling device 81 and the sheet 50 is adhered to the mold 40 with the air reflected from the irradiation opening 71 to prevent the creasing and elongation of the sheet 50, thereby permitting to reliably and surely cut the sheet into a processed product having prescribed shape and pattern.</p> |
