PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of data transmission and to prevent the data omission, the increase in the delaying time of data transmission and the like by providing a bypassing path to insert a repeating node and selecting and receiving the transmission data at a special terminal unit. CONSTITUTION:Terminal equipments T1 and T2 are connected by the data transmission network where communication nodes A to C interpose, and a bypassing path to branch from a node B and pass through a communication node D is provided. A repeating node T3 is interposed into the bypassing path, a device T1 performs the data transmission for a special device T2, and then, a node T3 repeats the transmission data and transmits through the node D to a device T2. At the device T2, the selection of the transmission data from a network through the nodes A to C and the transmission data from the node T3 in the bypassing path through the node D is performed, an error occurs at the transmitting data from the network, and then, the transmission data without the error from the node 3 are selected and received. Thus, the reliability of the data transmission can be improved and the data omission, the increase in the delaying time of the transmission and the like can be prevented.
