<p>PURPOSE:To enable scrap to be reused economically without lowering of physical property, etc., by salvaging the scrap divided into at least two layers in the salvage of the scrap generated in manufacture or secondary working. CONSTITUTION:In order to divide scrap into at least two layers, the peel strength between layers in scrap must by smaller than the break strength of a base layer e.g., polypropylene layer. If the peeling strength between layers in scrap is larger than the rupture strength of the base layer, the base layer is broken before the finish of peeling. When adhesive resin is used, the peeling strength of this adhesive resin must be smaller than the break strength of oxygen-barrier resin or adhesive resin. While the temperature dependency of the adhesive resin affecting the adhesive resin is marked, by raising the temperature, adhesive strength may be lowered to the peelable strength in many cased. Practically, scrap is preferably heated at such a temperature that the peeling strength between layers becomes the strength of at most 50%, and especially at most 20% of the breaking strength of the base at room temperature.</p> |
