PURPOSE:To move and track by giving a proper discrimination number to each group of a flat product obtd. in cutting stage, reading the discrimination number of the group of the flat product becoming the sorting base of a sorting stage and also giving a new discrimination number to the group obtd. by sorting. CONSTITUTION:A flat paper formed with a roll 10 being cut by a cutter 11 is made a group Y by being stacked on a pallet 12. An ID card is fitted to the pallet 12 and a proper identification number is written via an antenna Z0 in the ID card by a computer 13. In case of a flat paper stack Y being of good paper only it is transferred to a packing machine 14 and the identification number is read by the antenna Z0. The flat stack Y including defective papers is moved to a preselection storage area A1 and the identification number of the flat stack A - D taken out by antenna Z1 - Z4 by being placed at four working position A - D of the sorting area is read. The identification number is given to a new stack E of good papers only by a computer 13 and the corresponding relation of the identification numbers of the stack A - D is obtd. inside the computer 13. |
