The invention concerns a protective device for life- saving by the mouth-to-mouth method, with features which protect against infection. The easy-to-carry device according to the invention makes it possible to give respiratory assistance irrespective of the situation and circumstances. By covering the nose and mouth, it is possible for anyone to provide respiratory assistance without touching or putting one's fingers into the mouth, for example to change the position of the tongue, and without any fear of infection or the like. The invention allows a free flow of air as a result of the check valve construction and has no built-in resistance to respiratory assistance. <IMAGE> |
