<p>PURPOSE:To grasp necessary information in a short time and to attain the instruction of a countermeasure by estimating the cause and countermeasure of an abnormal condition and displaying them when a signal fetched in a controller shows the abnormality of a constituting element. CONSTITUTION:A signal to come from a detector, which is set in an automatic warehouse 01, or a relay, etc., is converted to the number of the signal and successively transmitted to a state monitoring part 101. When the number of the same abnormal signal exists in an abnormality deciding data file 102, a present trouble condition is extracted by the monitoring part 101 and recorded to a present trouble condition data file 104. Then, a trouble diagnosis starting instruction is outputted to a diagnosing part 105. The diagnosing part 105 extracts the present trowble condition from the file 104 and takes a trouble cause candidate and certainty out of the file 104. After that, the cause of the trouble is decided. Thus, the operating condition of the automatic wavehouse is always monitored and when the defect is generated, the cause of the trouble is automatically investigated. Then, the exact and suitable countermeasure can be speedily executed and displayed.</p> |
