The invention relates to the compounds of formula (I), <IMAGE> in which: - X denotes a nitro group or an R2R3N- group in which R2 and R3 which are identical or different denote a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl radical, or an R4CO-, -COOR5 or R6R7NCO- radical, R4, R5, R6 and R7 denote alkyl radical, without R2 and R3 being both capable of denoting an alkyl radical, - either both Y and Z denote a hydrogen atom - or together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded they form a carbonyl group and - R1 denotes a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl radical or a -COOR8 radical in which R8 denotes an alkyl radical. The compounds of formula (I) exhibit advantageous pharmacological properties which justify their use as medicaments.
