PURPOSE:To validate an operation by accelerating/decelerating a carrying speed according to a transaction frequency. CONSTITUTION:A number (n) of transactions executed in a constant time is counted by a timer counter 17, and it is compared with a set standard number N of the transactions. When the number (n) of the transactions are judged to be larger, the current carrying speed is judged, when it is low, it is switched to be higher by a signal from a main control part 19 by a carrying speed control part 16. When the number (n) of the transactions is smaller, the carrying speed is regulated to be lower. |
