If the argument F is + and larger than the width of a dead zone, it is checked with a potentiometer P2 whether the state is continued or not over a control operation delaying set up time T. And when the state is continued, in the case of a right lower limit switch S5 ON a left upper side output LU for lowering a left crawler running device 1 in relation to a running machine body V and raising the running machine body V is output. And in the case of the switch S5 OFF, a right lower side output RD for raising a right crawler running device in relation to the running machine body V and lowering the running machine body V is output.
