PURPOSE:To maintain positive sealing in a simple structure by forming a coupling part in a circular cross section in each of a flow passage substrate and a pressure absorbing device, engaging said coupling parts with margin and further fixing by an O-ring. CONSTITUTION:The coupling parts are fitted with margin. Moreover, an O-ring 9 made of butyl rubber or the like is inserted, with the margin maintained, between an outer periphery of a coupling part 7 of the flow passage substrate and an inner periphery of a coupling part 8 of the pressure absorbing device. Both coupling parts have circular cross sections, so that the force is uniformly distributed in sealing. Sealing is generally secured by the margin of the coupling parts. If a creep or the like imparts damages to the sealing, however, the O-ring can keep the ink not to leak outside. |
