PURPOSE:To evade erroneous charging to a subscriber by providing an incoming radio wave register writing a content of a speech time slot on a time division multiplex radio line to a corresponding register stage and a deciding means deciding it that a bit of the register stage is set. CONSTITUTION:A base station 3 is provided with an incoming radio wave register 5 writing the content of a speech time slot on a time division multiplex radio line 4 to a corresponding register stage and a deciding means 6 decides whether or not a bit of the register stage corresponding to a link connection command of the incoming radio wave register 5 is set. The means 6 sends a link connection confirming signal to a central station 1 when it is decided that the register stage of the incoming radio wave register 5 is set. Thus, the possibility of charging a subscriber in error through mis-recognition of connection independently of unconnection is precluded to the utmost and the reliability of a radio telephone exchange system is improved. |
