In the inserted position, a disconnecter truck (2) forms a stop which prevents the movement of a bolt (3) and hence the rotation of a drive shaft (5) of an earthing blade (6). The drive shaft (5), with the bolt (3), and the earthing blade (6) are supported in the cell (1). The path for the bolt (3) is not free until the disconnecter truck (2) has moved out of the cell (1), which bolt (3) now engages in the track (4) of the disconnecter truck when the earthing blade (6) is operated, so that the disconnecter truck cannot be inserted again until the earthing blade is in the off position again.
