<p>PURPOSE:To realize a plastic two shot molded item which has metal-plated parts at both sides by permitting both bottom faces to communicate with each other at a part of a primary molded article where the recessed parts of both sides overlap each other. CONSTITUTION:A primary molded article 22 has the structure shown by (1), and grooves 24a filled with an easy plating type resin 26 are formed at a specified interval on one side (front side). On the opposite surface (back side) circular engaging holes 24b which communicate with the groove 24a and whose diameter is larger than the width of the groove 24a are formed at a specified interval. On the back side, too, grooves 24c are formed on the specified places, and engaging holes 24d which communicate with the grooves 24c are provided on the surface. Then, as shown in (4) A-G, electroless copper plating is executed on the external surface of the easy plating type resin 26. A copper-plated layer 28 of a plastic two shot base board 20, thus manufactured, is utilized so as to form various kinds of wirings. At that occasion, the primary molded article 22 surely engages and tightly joins with a secondary molded part 26 so as to prevent a plating substance from ingression.</p> |
