PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour of operation by automatically outputting an EDP document temporarily outputted to a system spool to a user's spool or leaving the EDP document in a system spool file by changing an output class. CONSTITUTION:An operating system (OS) 1 receives an output request from a user program 2, stores an output document 12 to a system spool file 10 and stores the information of an output class table 18 and an output document table 19 in an output generation information file 3. A spool switching control means 9 commands a reading means 6 to read out the output document 12 from the file 10, decides a document header data 13, and when the data are an object to be processed, commands a writing means 8 to output the document to a user spool file 14. When the data are not the object, the contents of the output class table 18 in the OS 1 are changed by an attribute changing means 7. Since the change of executive control document on user program is not complicated and the spool of the output document is also easily changed, the manhour of operation is reduced.
