PURPOSE:To enhance reliability on the controlling function by a method wherein a main controlling section, motor driving section, and speed setting section are provided, waveform voltages serving as a reference for the controlling of speeds are subjected to an aritmetic process before they are compared with speed feedback voltages, and the information thus derived is used for the control of semiconductor devices. CONSTITUTION:A main control section A consisting of a central processing unit 8 and microcomputer including memories 9, 10; a motor driving section B including a thyristor 3, pulse generating circuit 12, and timer generating circuit 13; and a speed setting section C including a comparator 15 wherein the output of a D/A converter 14 are compared with that of a setter 5 and a comparator 19 wherein desired waveform voltages yielded by a capacitor 17 are compared with signals yielded by a speed feedback circuit 7, are provided, and their respective outputs are supplied to an interface circuit 20 for controlling the speed of a motor M. The circuit being constructed as such, a speed change caused by a sudden change in the load size is properly controlled, and a complicated speed setting sequence can be carried out with ease because of the employment of a microcomputer. |
