<p>PURPOSE:To prevent system-down by providing a means to set the maximum value of the number of carriers capable of running at a time on a carrier route and a travel-stop control means to reduce the number of travelling carriers to less than the set value and below at each point of time. CONSTITUTION:A means 60 to set the maximum numeric value C of carriers 10 capable of running at a time on a carrier route 1 is provided. By providing a travel-stop control means 60 to reduce the number of running carriers 10 to less than the set value C and below at each point of time, the capacity limit of power supply 70 can be moderated, the change of transporting ability facilitated and the system-down prevented.</p> |
