The invention relates to a method and a device for electrically connecting an assembly 1, 6-12 contained in a box comprising a base 13 and a lid 14. The method according to the invention is characterised in that the end of a first wire 2, 3 is placed in a slot 17 of a connection blade 16 provided with a second slot 18 opposite the said slot 17, and in a housing 19 of a support 15 of the base 13 or of the lid 14, in that the end of a wire 4, 5 which is to be connected to the first wire 2, 3 is placed in a housing 19 of a support 15 of the lid 14 or of the base 13, positioned facing the first support 15 after closing the box, and in that the lid 14 is closed on the base 13 so that the second slot 18 of the connection blade 16 grips the second wire 4, 5 and makes the connection, the end of the connection blade 16 including the second slot 18 being housed in the housing 19 of the support 15 containing the said second wire 4, 5.
