PURPOSE:To accurately analyze an immunoreaction product by dividing a sample to be inspected to two and adding a fine particle sensitized to an antibody and a fine particle which is not sensitized thereto the the respective samples. CONSTITUTION:A reagent, serum A and the fine particle sensitized to the antibody are put into one vessel 11. A reagent, serum B and the fine particle not sensitized to the antibody are put into another vessel 12. These two reaction vessels 11, 12 are put under the same environment and the immunoreaction is progressed under the same reaction conditions. The reaction reagents A', B' are transferred into respective cells 13, 14. The respective cells 13, 14 are irradiated with modulated stimulating light rays 23, 24. The magnitude of only the optoacoustic signal intensity (background value) from the other granular material is determined by irradiating the reaction sample B' in the cell 14 with the stimulating light 24. Namely, the content in the cell 14 corresponds to the content obtd. after the agglutinated matter 7 by the immunoreaction is removed from the content of the cell 13 and the optoacoustic signal detected from the cell 14 corresponds to the background value among the signals detected from the cell 13. The detection signal of the optoacoustic signal occurring only in the agglutinated matter 7 is, thereupon, taken out by taking the differential signal between the detection signals of the cells 13, 14 by a lock-in amplifier 17. This signal is amplified and is outputted to a signal processor 18. |
