<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a valve device for opening/closing passages liquidtightly in which the need of troublesome precise adjusting operation between a valve head and a discharge plate is eliminated by controlling the reciprocating operation of an armature having an end part arranged as the valve body of the passage. CONSTITUTION: Since springs 20a-20g are parallel with the axes of individual sleeves 12a-12g when an armature is displaced and effective about central axes 22a-22g, centering of up/down motion and be performed surely and abrasion can be prevented. Passages 23a-23g formed on a plate 10 serve as passages for writing the character part when corresponding armature end parts 24a-24g move to open the passages. When the armature end parts 24a-24g serving as a valve body are brought into smooth contact with a valve surface around the passages 23a-23g ground smoothly, the ink molecule layer in a room 11 can be wrapped constantly between the valve surface and the end part of the armature. Since an effective protective layer is formed at the position of a 'closed valve', abrasion can be eliminated effectively.</p> |
