PURPOSE:To lower a current consumption by providing a register section containing a counter circuit for measuring time to stop or restart a time display based on a signal from a sensor section. CONSTITUTION:When a quantity of light insufficiency signal is transmitted to a control section 6 from a sensor section 4, the control section makes a counter comprising a register section 3 to start to stop the operation of a time display device 5 when the quantity of light insufficiency signal enters exceeding a fixed time, while a time from this point is measured by the register section 3 again. Then, in the restarting of a time display, a time is displayed with the addition of a time from the stoppage of a time display to the restart thereof as measured by the register section 3, thereby enabling the lowering of a current consumption without impairing an emergency condition. |
