<p>COSMETIC STICKS Cosmetic stick compositions comprising one or more liquid base materials, one or more solidifying agents for the liquid base materials, and from about 2% to about 30% (by total composition volume) of chemically inert particulates of at least 10 microns in diameter and having a density less than about 0. 60 g/ml. The liquid base materials are typically present at a level of from about 10% to about 90% (by total composition weight), and the solidifying agent is typically present at a level of from about 3% to about 70% (by total composition weight). These cosmetic sticks may be of a gel stick type or a wax stick type, depending upon the particular liquid base materials and solidifying agents used. Preferred cosmetic sticks contain a safe and effective amount of an active material having, for example, antiperspirant or deodorant activity.</p> |
