PURPOSE:To make circuit integration easy, by forming a time difference signal without the use of a capacitor, through provision of the time difference signal with a resistor and a Zener diode. CONSTITUTION:Zener diodes ZD1-ZD3 are connected in series and a load resistor R10 is provided. In activating circuits in the order of A, C, B, the circuit A is operated by receiving the Zener voltage across the Zener diode ZD1. The circuit B is made operative by the Zener voltage across the ZD2 and the circuit C is by the Zener diode across the ZD3 respectively. Resistors R11, R12 are respectively provided at both sides of the ZD2 and ZD3, and the resistance value is set as R12>R11. |
