PURPOSE:To avoid the breakdown of the storage information when a power supply is interrupted, by detecting the voltage level when the power supply is interrupted through an applied voltage level detecting circuit and then stopping a bubble driving rotary magnetic field which is working in the start-stop direction. CONSTITUTION:The applied voltage 24V is supplied with ''H'' level to a -NM1 terminal of a bubble controller 13 divided by resistances 11 and 12 and via a diode 10. The input level at the -NM1 terminal is lowered down to ''L'' level as the applied voltage drops. The controller 13 drives in the normal state a bubble driver 14 when the -NM1 input is set at ''H'' level and then stops the working of a bubble driver 14 in a prescribed sequence when the -NM1 input is set at ''L'' level respectively. Thus the bubble of a bubble memory is stopped in the start-stop direction. As a result, the working memory 15 is stopped in a prescribed sequence when the applied voltage drops. This can prevent the breakdown of the information of a bubble memory when the power supply is interrupted. |
