PURPOSE: To detect conception inductive hypertension and eclampsia by identifying the presence of endothelium cell marker in the blood sample of a pregnant woman using the sandwich immunoassay or competition immunoassay. CONSTITUTION: A blood sample is taken from a patient, plasma obtained by eliminating a cell is coagulated, serum is separated and is absorbed by an absorbing material before drying. Then, the sample is brought into contact with an insoluble support where a first anti (endothelium cell marker) antibody is adhered for a sufficient amount of time for causing antigen-antibody reaction and then an insoluble support is brought into contact with a second anti (endothelium cell marker) antibody for a sufficient amount of time for causing antigen- antibody reaction, where a physical detection label is given to the second anti (endothelium cell marker) antibody, cell fibronectin is used as the endothelium cell marker. and the anti (endotherlium cell marker) antibody is used as anti (cell fibronectin), thus determining the amount of labeled anti (endothelium cell marker) antibody that is connected to an insoluble support.
