PURPOSE:To obtain a resin coupled permanent magnet by dissipating magnetic powder into a thermosetting resin whose melting point is 30-70 deg.C and by retaining magnetic powder with resin. CONSTITUTION:Filling rate of a magnet powder is improved by using a thermosetting resin with a low melting-point of 30-70 deg.C. A magnet powder made of rare-earth - iron - boron and a thermosetting resin are blended in a volume ratio of 90/10-80/20 and is heated to a temperature exceeding the melting point of a resin to be used, thus obtaining a desired molding. An obtained molding is subjected to heat treatment and is cured. With this configuration, a resin- bonded permanent magnet with improved filling rate of magnet powder can be obtained and magnetic properties can be improved owing to improvement in filling rate. |
