This plastic-foam cushion covered with a casing has reinforcements of the desired shape at the desired location. This clamp has a shape which enables it to be tightened firmly over the projections, and it has holes 29 which cause the outside of the clamp to communicate with its inner volume in order to allow the liquid foaming resin to penetrate inside the clamp.
