PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of grease in a bearing by hermetically sealing a section between the outer circumference of a magnetic material spacer and a magnetic fluid seal unit by a magnetic fluid and constituting a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material spacer 22 is inserted and fixed to the shank of a shaft 20 with a hub, and the shank of the shaft with the hub is inserted and bonded into a magnetic fluid seal unit 9 and an upper bearing 6. A pre-load spring 8 is inserted into a cylinder section in the lower shaft direction of a bracket 3 while being passed through the shank of the shaft 20, and a lower bearing 7 is fastened and bonded to a cylinder section in the lower shaft direction of the bracket 3 while being put into the shaft of the shaft 20. A rotor magnet 16 is cemented and fixed to a rotor frame 15, and the rotor magnet 16 is press-fitted, bonded and fastened to one end of the shank of the shaft 20. Lastly, a magnetic fluid 10 is injected between the magnetic fluid seal unit 9 and the magnetic material spacer 22 from the hole section 21 of the shaft 20 with the hub. |
