<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a power supply switch-on circuit provided with a function to supply a stable signal by suppressing voltage variation at the time of the switch-on of power supply. CONSTITUTION:Power supply switch-on waveform by the switch-on of the power supply is coupled by a coupling capacitor 1, and the gate voltage of a transistor (TR) 8 rises, and it is transmitted to a point A. Next, for the voltage change of a reverse direction shown in a figure, the gate of the TR 8 comes into form in which it is connected to a low voltage side, and is turned into an OFF state. Thus, the variation in the reverse direction is controlled, and for the power supply switch-on waveform shown in the figure, the output signal waveform of an output signal 6 is controlled as shown in the figure. Thus, control operation with directivity against power supply voltage change can be realized.</p> |
