PURPOSE:To consider wind blowing toward a driver when solar radiation is given to a cabin to increase amenity by cooling, by altering the direction of wind blowing from an air delivery port up and down in accordance with the amount of solar radiation given near the air delivery port. CONSTITUTION:Multiple louvers 5 and 6 to alter the direction of wind blowing are so provided that they can be swung freely up and down at a central air delivery port 4 in an instrument panel 1. The louvers 5 and 6 are connected to connecting members 8 and 9, respectively and the connecting member 9 is interlocked through an operating rod 11 with an actuator 10 provided in the instrument panel 1. A solar radiation sensor 12 is provided on the upper surface of the instrument panel 1 and an air conditioning switch 13 and a solar radiation sensitivity setting dial 14 are provided on the front surface of the instrument panel 1. A controller 15 provided in the instrument panel 1 controls the actuator 10 to swing the louvers 5 and 6 when the amount of solar radiation is judged to be reached to a preset level in accordance with the values detected by the solar radiation sensor 12. |
