发明名称 FUNCTION VISUALIZING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To visualize functioning state of a sample by measuring lasers passing through each point of said sample by a photoelectric detector and composing an image from differential data of outputs of an optical heterodyne detection by a light having a wavelength not absorbed by an object to be detected in said sample and a light having a wavelength absorbed by said object and, positional data of measuring points. CONSTITUTION:A laser light L1 from a laser unit 1 is divided into two. A frequency of one of the divided light L1(L2) is deflected, and the light L1(L2) is converged and radiated to a sample 7 through a lens 10. Transmitting lights L1B, L2B of the light L1(L2) are mixed with the light L2(L1) and detected by a photoelectric elector 11 as an optical heterodyne detection wave. Then, only the deflecting components of the frequency are selected and accordingly a signal light can be detected with the sensitivity of quantum limit of the photoelectric detector 11. Therefore, the change of the signal light can be detected with high sensitivity. The above detecting process is performed for every point of the sample 7. Thus, the sample can be visualized by the radiating position and the optical heterodyne detection outputs when said sample is detected. The functioning state of the sample can be thus visualized.
