The circuit having complex function for processing the sound multiplex signal and surround signal includes a first FM filter (20) filtering the signal carried by a main carrier component (4.5 MHz) of sound multiplex signal, amplifying the filtered signal, eliminating the harmonic component, and making the signal with maximum gain through a synchronous tank coil (L1), and a second FM filter (30) performing the function as the first filter for processing the signal carried by subcarrier component (4.72 MHz) of the second multiplex signal, and a surround processor unit (130) having surround mode selecting circuit (5).
