PURPOSE:To facilitate the start of a turbo compressor by providing a bypass piping having a valve between the inlet and outlet sides of a furl cell generating system. CONSTITUTION:A bypass piping 13 is provided in a compressor 2b of a turbo compressor system, and a bypass piping 15 is provided in a turbine 2a. Also, a bypass piping 20 having a valve 21 is provided between the inlet and outlet sides of a fuel cell generating system 1. In starting said system 1 are opened the valves 14, 16 and is closed the valve 21.In starting a turbo compressor is opened the valve 21 and closed the valve 16. Thus, the start of the turbo compressor can be facilitated. |
