CONSTITUTION:When the card is unable to return to the user due to the deformation of the inserted card or the fault of the carrying roller of a card read/ write part 18, etc., a detecting signal is outputted from the sensor 28 of the card read/write part 18 to the fault occurrence discrimination part 32 of a CPU 30, and a discrimination signal is sent to a data transfer part 34 and a temporary card issuing part 48. Following that, the data of an account number, etc., stored in a RAM 38 is transferred to the temporary card issuing part 48 by the data transfer part 34, and is stored in a storage part 56 via a sub CPU 58, and also, it is written on the magnetic stripe of a sheet of temporary card stocked in a stock part 50 by a card writer 52, then, the temporary card is issued. In such a way, the user can draw out the cash, etc., by inserting an issued temporary card to another cash dispenser. |
