PURPOSE:To produce a composition for insulation spraying material having superior workability at the time of application by constituting said composition with the respectively prescribed ratios of an anhydrous gypsum II plaster, aggregate passing wholly through a sieve-opening specific to said plaster, pigment, and polymer latex as an solid component. CONSTITUTION:The composition for insulation spraying material of this invention consists of 100pts.wt. anhydrous gypsum II plaster, 10-400pts.vol. aggregate passing wholly through 1.2mm sieve-opening to 100pts.vol. said plaster, 0.01-5 pts.wt. pigment, and 0.1-20pts.wt. polymer latex as a solid component. For performing insulation spraying with using said composition, the water-base spraying material of 260+ or -50mm flow value based on JIS R5201 and of 1,000-2,000cpm viscosity observed with a B type viscometer is prepd. by incorporating said composition with 25-100pts.wt. water to 100pts.wt. above-mentioned plaster. Then, a hard urethane-forming material is sprayed, foamed, and hardened at a construction site. Thereafter, the above-mentioned spraying material is sprayed onto the hardened urethane foam. |
