PURPOSE:To effectively circulate a message by transmitting the same message after confirmation to arbitrary group set by means of the originating source terminal of the message, and sending the different message to different groups while the whole terminals complete the receipt confirmation. CONSTITUTION:A originating terminal 1 of the message prepares the message, and transmits the message to a receiving terminal 2. The next terminal 2 confirms the reception after receiving the message, writes a confirmation bit in a confirmation column 24 in a message communication format, and sends the message through a route 11 of a signal to a next receiving terminal 3. In the same procedure as above, the whole receiving terminals 2 to 7 confirm the reception of the same message while repeating the transmission/reception of the message. For message transmission routes 14 to 16 among the receiving terminals 5 to 7, a destination circulation part in prescribed circulation is added according to contents by the terminal 5, and the terminal 5 sends the message consisting of a destination circulation part 21 and contents 20 through a route 17 to the first message originating terminal.
