A low foaming make-up foundation for cosmetics comprises an emulsified make-up foundation componont which contains 0.3-4.0 wt. pts. of one or more oil-soluble polymers selected from modified pyrrolidone resin, polyethyle wax, silicon resin, aromatic hydrocarbon resin, terpene resin, polyisoprene resin or ethylcellulose; and one or more aerosol dispersion agent components selected from propane, n-butane, n-pentane, freon 11, freon 12, freon 113 or freon 114.
